Brief
A quest flick with a difference, Little Dragon's 'Twice,' directed by acclaimed Swedish music video director, Johannes Nyholm, tracks a journey of a bird and a little girl towards a dancing spectre of death - their journey meshed with a beautifully creative form of backlit sheet-puppetry (puppetry done by the band themselves!) that casts the characters against rain, in flight and on the road.
Little Dragon are a Swedish/Japanese band based in Gothenberg who make the kind of music you can chillax to, depending on your views on that word. And visually, from cutout animation to warping archive footage, Nyholm's clips for major indie acts such as Jenny Lewis or The Knife have cast him consistently, as this music video, as a truly enigmatic talent to watch while you're listening!
