Directed by Braden King, Portable Film Festival is excited to invite viewers into the minds of musical genius.
Indie rock royalty of the 90s Geogia Hubley (Yo La Tengo) considers the paradoxical tendency of the music industry to aspire to perfect production values on the one hand, but has also allowed for the accidents and slip-ups to remain on released records; those mistakes that define indie music and make it so fabulously unique.

2000, I was lucky enough
to be the maracka guy on
stage in Melbourne. Then
in 2007 I went on a date
with girl to the gig at
the Corner and my date
fainted in the middle of
the gig. I stayed.
